These interventions include methods like massage, joint mobilization, and stretching, promoting flexibility and reducing muscle tension. Additionally, tools such as cupping, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Trigger Point Dry Needling may be incorporated for added benefits. These combined approaches aim to expedite recovery and optimize physical well-being.
