Brian Heiser PT, DPT, SCS

Founder & Lead Physical Therapist

I’m Brian, founder of 321 Performance PT and a Brevard County native with deep roots in sports biomechanics, manual therapy, and human performance. My journey began in Dallas, TX, where I trained athletes from high school to Olympic levels at The Andrews Institute and Michael Johnson Performance.

As an ultramarathon runner and adventurer, I’ve tested the limits of the body through events like the Leadville 100 and World’s Toughest Mudder. My mission is to help others move better, train smarter, and push their own limits.

Jacob Kutcher, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Jacob’s path to becoming a Physical Therapist began as an athlete in Viera, FL, where sports injuries sparked his passion for elite-level rehab. After earning a degree in Clinical Health Sciences from UCF and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, Jacob built a diverse clinical background across multiple settings.

His true focus, however, is performance physical therapy—helping athletes recover, move better, and reach peak performance. Now back in Brevard County, Jacob is committed to optimizing athletic performance and becoming a trusted expert in recovery and sport-specific rehab.

“Train like an athlete. Rehab like a pro. Live like a competitor.”
